CEW PLANS Emerson College - Boston Massachusetts The Affiliated Faculty of Emerson College/AAUP will have the sweetest CEW celebration of all at the inaugural meeting of their new chapter. Last April the AFEC/AAUP won a historic victory when part-time faculty at the college voted three to one to form a union. This was the first successful faculty election at a private institution in Boston in 20 years. Elections of officers, adoption of by-laws and contract negotiations will be discussed and planned for.
