To the issue of PTer Pay Equity, we are adding the issues of equal access to health insurance, job security and office hours.

We are also joining the teacher's equity issues to the District's issues of equity in funding from the Sate for Community Colleges and restoring the $98 million in maintenance and instructional equipment funds to the state budget. With these common goals, hopefully we will create a situation where districts and faculty work together..or at least communicate!

The announcement for these activities in each District will go out with the logos of all of the associations nvolved...CFT/CTA/CCCI/FACCC/CPFA....a truly united effort!
