The Professional Staff Congress (PSC) is planning the following Campus Equity Week events in New York City:

On Tuesday,October 30th we are sponsoring a roundtable/panel discussion titled "Adjunct Equity in the University" held at the CUNY Graduate Center from 6-8pm in room C204-205. The panel will include speakers from AAUP, NYU, Rutgers, the PSC and a representattive from the NY Central Labor Council to speak on organizing part-time labor.

On Thursday, November 1 we are having an Adjunct Equity Day at Borough of Manhattan Community College from 3-5 pm. The event will be a mixture of performances from adjuncts including poetry readings, skits, writings, music, etc. and discussion on the importance of equity for adjuncts.

These are the two major events we have planned for the week - there will also be tabling across all the CUNY campuses with fact sheets, buttons and stickers.
